Checklist of questions
Check the box beside the item(s) that apply to you to see questions to ask the carrier to make sure your
needs are addressed. You can use these questions when contacting the carrier to plan and book your trip.
Attendants may travel with a person with a disability to assist with their personal needs such as
eating and drinking, medical care, personal hygiene and providing passenger information.
Only trained, certified, and properly harnessed service animals are allowed
to travel in passenger compartments.
