Arrival And Check-In

• Special reserved drop-off spots are located directly in front of the Airport Terminal Building.
• The Airport Terminal Building has slow revolving entry and exit doors.
• Wheelchairs are available on request.

Personal Assistance

• Persons with disabilities are encouraged to contact their airline in advance to review their needs such as wheelchair assistance, special dietary needs, etc.
• Airlines make their own arrangements for the care of travellers with disabilities and assistance will be given in getting to and from the aircraft using either a wheelchair or the purpose-built lift vehicle.

TTY Phones

• Each set of payphones indicates that a TTY phone is available at the Airport Security Office.

Wayfinding For People With Visual Impairments

• All internal terminal signage is large with contrasting bright yellow lettering on bright blue background.

Relieving Areas For Service Animals

• Passengers travelling with a service animal, with the assistance of the airline if requested, must take the animal outdoors to relieve itself.

Washrooms

• Washrooms are located:
  • At the South side of the Terminal Building directly beside the airline counters
  • At the North side of the Terminal Building near the Arrivals area
  • In the Departures Lounge
  • In the International Arrivals area past the security screening checkpoint
• All washrooms are clearly indicated with a sign above the doors and on the doors where applicable.
• All washrooms are wide enough to allow for wheelchair accessibility and are equipped with special stalls and lower sinks with angled mirrors.
